Yes – in fact, many of the pilots we work with come to us after a knockback elsewhere. It’s rarely about ability; more often it’s that they didn’t fully understand what was being assessed or how to evidence it. This course is designed to close exactly that gap, giving you a clear, structured approach so you can go back in with renewed confidence and a much stronger sense of what recruiters are really looking for.

Absolutely. Military pilots bring outstanding skills, but airline selection assesses things in a specific way, and the language and competencies recruiters look for aren’t always the ones you’re used to. This course helps you translate your military experience into exactly the evidence airline recruiters want to hear – so your background becomes a genuine advantage rather than something that gets lost in translation.

It depends on how much time you have before your assessment and how you like to learn. If your interview is coming up soon, the shorter access period lets you work through the essentials at pace. If you’d prefer to take your time, revisit modules and practise thoroughly, a longer period gives you that breathing room. Whichever you choose, you get the full course – and you can re-watch every lesson as many times as you like until your access expires.
