2. Introduction
2.1 These Terms govern your use of our websites, platforms, services, products, and Academy.
2.2 By accessing our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
2.3 Before placing an order, please:
Read these Terms carefully, including sections on refunds, cancellations, and licences.
Review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
3. User Accounts and Access (Academy)
3.1 Access requires a personal account with a unique username and password.
3.2 Keep your login credentials confidential; do not share them.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity on your account, authorised or not.
3.4 We may monitor accounts and suspend or terminate access for misuse, unauthorised sharing, or breach of these Terms.
3.5 When your access starts:
If you buy a course or program that has a time limit (for example, 90 days of access or 12 months of access), your access starts on your Access Start Date.
For all time‑limited offers, your Access Start Date is:
- The date you complete your purchase and the course is added to your account.
3.6 When your access ends:
If your offer has a time limit, your access will automatically end at the end of the last day of your access period, counted from your Access Start Date.
Example:
- If you buy on 1 May and get 28 days of access, your access will end 28 days after 1 May.
After your access ends, you will not be able to log in to view the course, lessons, recordings, community spaces or any other materials included in that offer, unless you purchase another offer that gives you continued access.
We do not guarantee lifetime or indefinite access unless we clearly say so on the specific checkout page.
3.7 How long the recipient gets access when you buy as a gift:
Our checkout may allow you to buy an offer “as a gift” for someone else. If you buy an offer as a gift:
- You are the purchaser, and
- The person you choose is the recipient, and it is the **recipient** who will get access to the course, not you (unless we clearly say otherwise).
3.8 When the recipient’s access starts:
If a gifted offer has a time limit, the recipient’s access starts on their Recipient Access Start Date.
For gifted, time‑limited offers, the Recipient Access Start Date is:
- The date the recipient redeems/activates the gift and the course is added to their account on our platform (for example, when they click their gift link and create or log into their account).
3.9 When the recipient’s access ends:
If the gifted offer has a time limit, the recipient’s access will automatically end at the end of the last day of the access period, counted from the Recipient Access Start Date.
After the access ends, the recipient will not be able to log in to view the course, lessons, recordings, community spaces or any other materials included in that offer, unless a new offer is purchased that gives continued access.
3.9 Responsibilities of the gift purchaser:
If you buy an offer as a gift, you are responsible for:
- Providing the correct contact details for the recipient (for example, their email address); and
- Making the recipient aware that their access runs from their Recipient Access Start Date (as explained above), not from the date you bought the gift.
We are not responsible if:
- The recipient does not redeem or use the gift; or
- The recipient delays redeeming the gift and, as a result, has a shorter practical amount of time to use the course before the access period ends.
3.10 Offer‑specific information takes priority:
If the checkout page or course description for a particular offer clearly states different access lengths (for example, “lifetime access” or “access for 18 months”), that specific information will apply to that offer and will override anything different in this general section.
3.11 Case‑by‑case changes:
In some situations, we may, at our discretion, change a customer’s or recipient’s access start date or access period (for example, to correct an error or to handle a special situation). Any changes we make in one case do not mean we have to make the same changes for everyone else.
