Assessment Preparation Group Course Code of Conduct

We want every course to be professional, welcoming and safe for everyone in the room, whatever stage of their aviation journey they’re at.

By booking a place, you agree to the following:

• Treat trainers and fellow attendees with respect and professionalism at all times.
• Arrive on time, take part constructively, and let the trainer know in advance of any access or medical needs, including any allergies.
• Keep the environment inclusive, with no discrimination, harassment, bullying or intimidating behaviour of any kind.
• Do not photograph, film or record other attendees without their consent, and respect the confidentiality of anything personal shared during the day.
• Follow the venue’s health, safety and fire procedures and the trainer’s reasonable instructions.
• Attendees under 18 remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian for travel to and from the venue, and a parent/guardian consent form must be completed before attending.
• Anyone whose behaviour puts the safety or wellbeing of others at risk may be asked to leave the course.
