Aerobility – If I can fly an aeroplane, what else can I do?

Being able to take flight and pilot an aircraft is something that any pilot feels incredibly privileged to do. The airborne environment is one that I’ve often referred to as one of “active meditation” – a place where many of the pressures and challenges of life on the ground simply melt away. I have been so lucky throughout my aviation career; the only real barrier to me achieving my dream to become a fighter pilot and beyond, being hard work. My guests in this podcast both face daily physical and mental challenges that could be a barrier to so many opportunities, but they have not let it be a barrier to their dreams to take flight. Not just this, but they selflessly help so many others in the process through their supreme work for the amazing charity that is Aerobility.
